Our Story

The Witch Weekly magazine was initially founded by Tobias Misslethorpe, serving as the very first editor in possibly the early 1900's, from which the idea skyrocketed and is as it is today. Witch Weekly has been a weekly tabloid from since Tobias founded it, up to the modern era as we know it now, while it has differentiated, from topic to topic, it has always broadened its horizons from quizzes and advice to fashion and cooking tips. For many years the magazine has sold hundreds of copies each week, which has proved to be the best seller for many decades with thanks to the magical public for sending in their subscriptions or buying an issue each week. The magazine is up for sale in the Ministry Atrium, or able to read at St. Mungos waiting room - or the obvious OWL by subscription.

Though the magazine has changed hands over the years, it is now currently run by Nora Florence.
